She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Berndt and Ella May Berndt (Davis); her children, Steven Hudak and Shelly Hudak; and her brother Wayne Berndt.
She is survived by: her son John Hudak (Renee); her brother Harry Berndt (Donna) of Ramey; her grandchildren, Ashley Steiner and Celina Hudak; and her close friend Gene.
