He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Neibauer and Sarah Neibauer (Wheary); his parents-in-law, Oliver and Mary Clark (Etzel); his stepbrother Marlin Wheary; and his brother-in-law Chet Bowers.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Knapick; his children, James Michael Neibauer, Jr. (Terri), Karen Segedy (Scott) and Mary Ann Christiana; his grandchildren, J. T. Neibauer, III (Angela Miranda), Jahad Neibauer, Scottie Segedy, Jr., Jayna Hollenbach (Nate), Aneesa Neibauer, Emma Violet Taylor, Kimmy Chykosky and Sammie Chykosky; his great grandchildren, Moses Hollenbach, Luna Hollenbach and Galilee Hollenbach; his sisters, Mary Bowers and Sally Beck (Chuck); and his sister-in-law Chrissy Chykosky (Emil). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
