He is survived by: his children, Steve Doty of Newton and Jill Doty of Florida; his grandchildren, Gavin Doty (Erin O'Malley) of Newton and Marissa Buranich (Justin) of Newton; his great grandchild Charlotte Rose Buranich; and his siblings, Ronald Doty (Carol) of Lake Winola, Edie Sicher and Vernie Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and sisters-in-law.
