He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam M. Smith and Clara Smith (Bartasavage); and his sisters, Florence Jackson and Nancy Paulhamus. He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Smith (Haas); his stepdaughter Colleen E. Duffy; his children, Bruce A. Smith of St. Lawrence, Brian J. Smith of Reading, Kathy E. Row of Reading and Karen A. Bonsall (Jeff Bonsall) of Wernersville; his grandchildren, Delanie Duffy, Tori Gibson, Christopher Smith, Ryan Row, Randy Row, Tyler Bonsall and Amber Pisano; and his pet Shelby. He is also survived by his 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in memory of Mr. Adam J. Smith.
