He is survived by: his children, Rose Shabloski, Donald Berkey (Jennifer), Dennis Berkey (Kimberly), Magdalena Reeder (Mark) and Shawn Kelley (Karl); and his siblings, Thomas Berkey (Lynda), Ray Berkey, Joan Noll, Carol Schaeffer (William) and Elizabeth Levan (Kenneth). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
