He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Mae Jenerette; his former wife Mary Ann Scott; his brother Jeffrey Scott (Michael Scott); and his father Leroy Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Key-Scott of Reading, PA; his stepfather Charles Jenerette; his children, Lonnie Forest, Vincent Williams (Diana) of Phoenix, AZ, Quincy Scott-Key of Reading, PA, Veronica Williams (Carmello), Marissa Scott of Reading, PA and Alexis Scott of Reading, PA; and his siblings, Garry Scott (Victoria) of Reading, PA, Kevin Scott (Sandy), Keith Scott of Reading, PA, David Scott (Maureen), Traye Scott (Annette), Chad, Vernon Thomas of Reading, PA, Brad Thomas of Reading, PA, Cornell Thomas of Temple, PA, Hortense Scott (Ray) and Patricia VanLandingham (Juan) of Reading, PA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Auman Funeral Home (390 W Neversink Rd, Reading, PA 19606). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
