He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Turner and Elizabeth Turner (Lightfoot); and his brother Marcus Gibson. He is survived by: his siblings, Albert C Turner, Ramona D Turner Turpin of Reading and Yvette L. Dawson of Reading. He is also survived by his sibling, he left many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
