She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Lubas; and her parents, Russell Kleckner and Catherine Kleckner (Clouser). She is survived by: her children, Barry John Lubas (Debbie), Deborah S. Heisey (Daniel) and Melodie A Burkey (Scott); her grandchildren, Richard, Nicholas, Jessica, Zachary, Lindsay, Lauren, Leigh Ann, Christina and Patrick; and her sisters, Josephine Gehrig, Mary Louise Johnson and Patricia Graczak. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
