He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Zajac and Mae A. Zajac (Rothenberger); his siblings, Stephen Zajac (Theresa), Jane Zajac and Mary McQuinn (Scott); his nephew Michael Zajac; and his nieces, Sephanie Zajac and Emma McQuinn.

Strong and determined, he got his second prostheses and continued at the gym until the pandemic.
