He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Kinsey (Moyer) and Russell Kinsey; his girlfriend Nora Ludwig; and his siblings, Janet Kepple, Russell and Barry Kinsey.
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline (Anthony Pellerite) of Fleetwood, Douglass Kinsey of Millsboro, Delaware and Jeffrey Kinsey (Cynthia) of Boyertown. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great granchildren and five great great grandchildren.
