She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth R. Hoffert; her parents, Spencer Hertzog and Florence Hertzog (Martin); and her siblings, Ethel Eberly and Lee Hertzog.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin E. Hoffert of Wernersville, PA and Donna Finocchiaro of Smyrna, DE; her brothers, Lloyd Hertzog of Ephrata, PA and Laverne Hertzog of Denver, PA; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Kenny Venarchick), John Boyer and Taylor Hoffert; her great grandchildren, Kenny Jr. and Kyle Venarchick; and her great great grandchild Layton Vernarchick.
