She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlene M. Bowman (Parsons) and Paul F. Bowman; her sister Donna M. Lutz; and her granddaughter Savannah Rose Miller. She is survived by: her children, Brandy Baer Biltheiser of Lakeland, FL and Jason Miller of West Reading; her sister Judith Reider (Parsons) of Sinking Spring; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Skye, Kailey and Leanna. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
