He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kramer and Lillian Kramer (Lorah); and his sisters, Dorothy Kramer, Anna Fake, Esther Kramer, Arlene Schutter and Linda Lessig.
He is survived by: his children, Wendell Kramer (Debra) of Sinking Spring, Carol Lewis of Wyomissing, Karen Stehman (Terry) of Sinking Spring and Douglas Kramer of Mohnton; and his siblings, Robert Kramer (Evelyn) of Reading, Miriam Heil of Denver and Catherine Kessler (Lowell) of Bowmansville.
