He was predeceased by: his father Carl Rampolla. He is survived by: his daughters, Leah Rampolla of Kaneohe, HI and Elisha Pavlick (Michael Pavlick); his grandsons, William Charles, Jack Thomas and Benjamin Michael; his brother Robert Rampolla (Sheila Rampolla) of Muhlenberg Township; his niece Lauren Rampolla (Jenni Howley) of Exeter; and his mother Betsy Rampolla (Cathy Mayernik) of Wyomissing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Berks Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
