She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Madeira and Alberta Madeira (Reifsnyder); and her sister Sandra Fabricius. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Balthaser; her children, Michele L. Wagner (Phillip) of Marysville and Kevin A. Balthaser (Lauren) of York; her grandchildren, Zachary Wagner, Alexis Balthaser and Shelby Balthaser; and her brothers, David and Scott Madeira.
