He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Mae and Erskine Lewis Kelly, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Kierstin M Swartz of Pensacola, FL and Daniel E Kelly Jr. of Pennsacola, FL; his sister Elizabeth E; his spouse Clyde Taylor of Chester; his brothers, Erskine Lewis Kelly Jr. of Lebanon and Deon E. Kelly of Philadelphia; and his grandchildren, Dalaini and Solija Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family request donations in his name to Veterans Making a Difference 2412 Spring Street West Lawn, PA 19609.
