He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel A. Quinter and Mamie O. Quinter (Reich); and his brother John Quinter. He is survived by: his wife Donna F. Quinter (Dunlap); his children, Melissa M. Quinter and Daniel D. Quinter (Hannah); his grandchildren, Zachary and Nichole; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Damian.
