He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard W. Hullinger and Charolette C. Hullinger (Olczewski). He is survived by : his wife Linda S. Hullinger (Spatz); his children, Aaron David Hullinger (Sarina Gantkowski) of Birdsboro and Rachel L. Cook of Manheim; and his grandsons, Elijah David Cook and Cohen I. Cook.
