Chmielewski; her children, Richard Chmielewski (Kiyomi) and Jamie Chmielewski (Douglas Krouse); her grandchildren, Julian, Cailin, Jordan and Ashley Chmielewski; and her siblings, Steven W, William E., Thomas F., Neil B., James B., Galen E., Eric A., Patsy L. and Kathleen L. Della.
