She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald John Rosser; and her parents, James C. Wintersteen and Ida Wintersteen (Wingert). She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth A. Smith (Brian C. Smith); and her grandchildren, Christopher C. Smith, Charlotte M. Smith and Connor M. Smith.
