She was predeceased by: her parents, Letcher R. Maxwell and Symanthia R. Maxwell (Jones); her husband Mitchell F. Bailey Sr.; her daughter Diana C. Ray; and her siblings, Hazel Mayfield (Maxwell), Doris English (Maxwell), Maxwell, Lawrence Maxwell and Lloyd Maxwell.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchell F. Jr. (Cheryl) of Hinesville, David A., Donald L. Bailey and Michele'Bailey of Reading, PA.; and her sisters, Joan Fairley (Maxwell) of Oxford, PA. and Theresa Clements (Maxwell) of Oxford, PA.. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
