He is survived by: his close friend Jayleen N. Rios; his parents, Wilfredo Vazquez Cotto and Norma M. Vazquez; and his siblings, Rebecca Colon, Wilnor Vazquez, Alfred Vazquez and Jafet Vazquez. He is also survived by his parents; and his six children.
