She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Forlini; her parents, Thomas H. Breen and Laura J. Breen (Schelley); her son John M. Forlini (late Christine Forlini); and her siblings, Thomas H. Breen, James Breen, John "Jack" Breen, Margaret Stengel, Ruth Scheidegger, Ethel L. Breen and Mary Mull.
She is survived by: her children, Peter J. Forlini (Cynthia Forlini) of Florida, Patricia A. Barrell (Glenn G. Barrell) of Bernville and Debra L. Hart (Russel A. Hart). She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
