He is survived by: his wife Ana M. Serrano; his children, Rosalie Serrano, Justin Serrano, Adulia Serrano, Mary Beth Kheen, LeRoy Serrano and Luz Alacron; and his siblings, Jose Serrano, Gonzalo Serrano and Iraida Serrano. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, as well as many, great grandchildren.
