She was predeceased by: her husband Rafael Acosta Delgado; and her sons, Rafael Acosta and Felix Acosta. She is survived by: her children, Jaime Acosta, Carmen Acosta, Benjamin Acosta, Julio Acosta and Alejandro Acosta. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 21 great great grandchildren.
