She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Prudencio E. Garcia; and her siblings, Ruben, Samuel, Rosa Maria, Benjamin, David, Joshua and Angel.
She is survived by: her mother Sofia Santiago (Guzman); her children, Milagros Flores-Santana (Juan Carlos Santana), Diane Flores and Serafin Flores Jr.; her grandsons, Nigel and John; and her siblings, Nehemiah Garcia, Sofia Garcia, Julia Garcia, Puerto Rico, Joel Garcia Sr. (Aida), Damaris Melendez (Manuel Melendez), Rosa Garcia, Elizabeth Robles (Roberto Robles) and Evelyn Moran (Jose Moran).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Esther's memory to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
