She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Kurtz, Sr.; and her parents, Karl Hodgkins and Helen Hodgkins (Wolf). She is survived by: her children, Barry S. Kurtz (Nancy A.), Edward J. Kurtz, Jr. (Jodi) and Deborah McCullough (late James); her grandchildren, Sean, Matthew, Carissa, Zachary, Weston and Tanner; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Gabrielle, Cole and Cheyenne.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. (2100 Perkiomen Ave, Mt Penn, PA 19606). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (390 W Neversink Rd, Reading, PA 19606).
