She was predeceased by: her husband Carson M. Smith; and her parents, Ralph Hacker and Iva A. Hacker (Gaul). She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Lenny Hudzik), Susan (Bill Whary) and Kerry Smith (Lynetta Smith).
