Perrotto, Sr.; her children, Lisa M. Columbo, Frank M. Perrotto (Jennifer Perrotto), Danielle M. Santana (Heriberto Santana, Jr.), Antoinette M. Bergen (Daniel Bergen) and Doug Carr (Tina Carr); her grandchildren, Amanda Perrotto, Daniel Perrotto, III, Charles E. Perrotto, Julissa Santana, Kevin Columbo, Jr., Heriberto Santana, III, Kayla Dawn Lambert (Beeman), Madison Perratto and David Monshower, III; her great grandchildren, Jaivian, Jadel, Jeyzaiah, Jeremiah, Eligh, Janalis, Heriberto IV, Jasmarie, Jadrialys, Leonel, Eliyani, Ezra, Daniel IV, Maverick, Annabelle, Baby, Jaliyah and Jamora; and her siblings, Frank A. Donmoyer, Rose Marie Weitzel, Lester A. Donmoyer Jr. and Alma M. Donmoyer.
