He is survived by : his children, Esmirna Grullon of Santiago, DR, Jairo Grullon (Jasmine), Joel Grullon (Beatriz) of Santiago, DR, Isael Grullon (Evelyn) and Eliana Espinal Contreras of Bronx, NY; his siblings, Sidenia, Henry, Juana, Radames, Carmen and Gilberto Grullon; his grandchildren, Karen Tavarez, Susan Tavarez, Isaac Grullon, Steven Grullon, Aylin Grullon, Joel Grullon, Christopher Grullon, Eric Grullon, Stacey Grullon, Lynel Grullon and Francisco Contreras; and his great grandchildren, Thairen Rodriguez and Liam Dominguez.
