He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Frick and Leona G. Frick (Miles). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Frick (Petrowski); his children, Frank A., Jr. (Toni B.), David E., Maria C. Frick (Fessler) and Jennifer L.; his close friends, Mark Salvatore, Sinking Spring, Kathleen L. and Joseph Scarpaci; and his grandchildren, Jena Frick, Kaci Frick, Allison Frick and Luke Walter.
