He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred M. Cutts and Grace M. Cutts; his wife Alice Cutts (Megginson) of Wyomissing; his daughter Alison C. (Andrew M. Lacey) of Gambrills, MD; his grandchildren, Bradley A. Lacey, Sr. (Francesca S.) of Northfield, NJ and Brianne L. (John M. Fazio) of Catonsville, MD; his great grandchildren, Emma, Bradley, Jr. and Jack; and his daughter Deborah E. Cutts.
