He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn E. Perfetto (Brown); and his parents, Frank Perfetto and Margaret Perfetto (Stevenson). He is survived by: his children, Tammy G. Sizer (Brian Scott Sizer) of Equinunk, PA and Gerald Perfetto of South Carolina; his stepson Barry L. Miller, Jr. of Fleetwood; and his sister Sally Emore of Reading. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
