Gary Lee Horner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Lee Horner (Reading, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin S. Horner and Martha J. Horner (Shull); his wife Geraldine A. Horner (Boccagno); and his great grandchild River Paul. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Freed (Kevin) and Scott Horner (Joie); his grandchildren, Kristin, Amy, Jessica, Anna and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Macie, Carson, Cameron, Layla, Mya, Naomi and Madelyn; his brother Raymond Horner (Cheryl); his stepsister Diane Gialamas (Jim); his former wife Sandra Kring Leonard (Keith); Kathy Freese (Paul).
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church (1331 W Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salem Lutheran Church (1331 W Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Laureldale Cemetery (501 S 18th St, Reading, PA 19606).
