As we bid Gary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Poltonowicz and Julia Poltonowicz (Dorusak); and his grandson Joshua Miller Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Trexler); and his children, Gary Poltonowicz Jr. (Kristan), David Miller, Sharen Tassone (Franco), Heather Miller and Joshua Miller. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. (2100 Perkiomen Ave, Mt Penn, PA 19606).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Society.
