He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Sayers (Stratton); his children, Gene R. Sayers, Jr. (Anna M. Sayers) of Royersford and Traci L. Pawling (Brian R. Pawling) of Oley; his grandson Jackson H. Pawling; and his stepgrandchildren, Christopher and Kaleigh White.
