He is survived by: his wife Antegone Kakalelis (Stavrinos); his daughter MaryAnn Kakalelis of Wyomissing Hills; and his siblings, Anna Panos (Bill) of Wernersville and Antonio Kakalelis (Panayiota) of Greece.
