In loving memory of Gertrude L. Walter (Reading, Pennsylvania), who departed this world on July 30, 2025 at the age of 91. Gertrude leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frieda Felix (Loeper) and Charles Felix; her husband Frank C. Walter; and her siblings, Alberta M. Wummer (Felix) and Richard C. Felix.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen M. Roth (Mike) of Ephrata, Marianne L. Koenig (Rich) of Host, Joseph C. Walter (Denise) of Wernersville and Gregg G. Walter (Stacy) of Northampton; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan, Cory, Kyle, Kurt, Hannah, Christina, Alex and Megan. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Loyola R. C. Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
