He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Schlegel and Glenn C. Schlegel Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Welk (Wayne), Jennifer Heistand (Dustin), Emily Schlegel and Amanda Schlegel (Francis Nikolaus); his granddaughters, Amber Dominik (David), Miranda, Corinne Heistand and Alexandra May; his great grandchild Victoria Dominik; and his siblings, Gayle Keinard (late Barry) and Gene (Margaret). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
