Brizek (Juliet), Jenna (Brizek), Matthew Cowher, Chad R. Brizek (Stephanie), Berenger D. Wegman, Margot E. Wegman, Cecile J. Wegman, Katherine J. Kratz and Julia E. Kratz; his great grandchildren, Violet Cowher, Olivia Cowher, Gabriel Cowher, Vivian Brizek and Claire Brizek; and his siblings, Ruth (Lawrence Houp), Levi Wegman and Mae Hoffman.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Schwarzwald Endowment Fund at the address above.

“My condolences to the entire family. I was one of harold's first patient when i was 6 in st. Lawrence. Found 6 cavities and i never ate candy etc turned out to be a dentist's dream. Harold always had that wink and charm that got me thru those painful ordeals. My mother being active at schwarzwald, i knew so many of the family including his parents. Wonderful memories and blessings, lorraine greenwald”
