He was predeceased by: his wife Carmela Bortz; his parents, William Bortz and Mary Bortz; and his son David (Lazara Bortz). He is survived by: his children, Harry, Jr. (Robin Bortz), Jody (Terry Bortz) and Ellen (Theodore Titlow). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
