He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth L. Haller (Schmoyer); his parents, Hazel Bean and Andes; his sons, Dr. Christian D. (Christy M.) of Exeter and Quinn M. (Janice L.) of Pennside; his grandchildren, Riley, Jacob and Maggie; his stepgrandchildren, Tori, Kyle and Seth; and his brother Larry (Brenda).
