She was predeceased by: her husband Reading; her parents, George Kozak and Agatha Kozak (Walus); her husband Enlow Minick (Eddie); and her siblings, Edmund, Zygmund Kozak (Ziggy), Genevieve (Podgurski) and Anna (Tack).
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Kamzelski; her grandchildren, Kevin Kamzelski and Jennifer; her great grandchildren, Cate (John), Joshua (Megan), Natasha, Forrest, Zach, Maddie, Emma, Sophie and Silas; and her great great grandchildren, Ali, Norah and Roman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
