With solemn reverence, we commemorate Henry S. Saylor Jr. of Reading, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on May 26, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Henry shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Henry farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry S. Saylor, Sr. and Catharine Saylor (Bechtel); his siblings, Charles Saylor and Barbara Updegrove; and his grandson Derek S. Saylor.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas E. Saylor (Robin), Mark H. Saylor (Nicole) and Patricia (Joseph Novak) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; and his sister Marjorie McElroy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Coventry Church (946 Keen Rd, Pottstown, PA 19465). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
