She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Williams (Keating) and Willim Williams; her husband Ronald Herr; her siblings, Perry Williams and Allison; and her son David Shaffer.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Shaffer (West Palm Beach) and Rebecca Shaffer (Bermuda); her stepdaughters, Debbie, Crystal, Sharon and Tammy; her grandchildren, Nicholas Shaffer, Benjamin Shaffer, Douglas Shaffer, Michael Wentling, Tylar Wentling and Robert Caler; and her great grandchildren, Trent, Aria, Cora and Isla.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bridge Faith Community (10 Kauffman Rd., Annville, PA).
