He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland C. Wisner and Florence Wisner (Weaver). He is survived by: his wife Louise M. Wisner (Leinbach); and his children, Robert W. Wisner, Kathleen M. Wolle and Eileen S. Kurtz. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
