He is survived by: his mother Dr. Marie DeBooth Simmons (Burgess); his siblings, Timothy DeBooth, Deborah DeBooth, Sheneque DeBooth and Buford A. Simmons; his stepsisters, Regina Cabrera and Prophetess Michele Simmons; his nephew Calvin Scott, Jr.; his nieces, Marie Suzanne (Joshua Dussau), Bridget Scott, Calvinai Scott and Deboni Scott; his great-niece Genavieve Dussau; his stepchildren, Regina Guldin, Lucky Guldin, Rachael Dixon, Paula Brown, Lucas Faith, Frankie Graham, Jr., Marcus Graham, Shaneva Graham and Sophie Marie Owens; his brothers, Seymore DeBooth II and Demetrius DeBooth; and his stepsister Elder Bonita Faye Jones. He is also survived by 16 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.
