Winters (Brown); his children, Jack Winters, III (Amanda Winters) and Brooke Winters; his siblings, Lou Ann (James Dotson), Terry Winters, Gary (Pam Winters) and Teddy (Leann Winters); and his grandchildren, Jaren Winters, Kaelynne Winters, Chloe DeShazo, Colton Winters, Charlie Winters, Logan Smith, Christian Alfiero, Alexis Roth and Jenna Roth.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Auman's INC Funeral Home (391 W Neversink Rd, Reading, PA 19606). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
