He was predeceased by: his father John H. Haag, II; and his brother John H. Haag, III. He is survived by: his wife Shannon L. Haag (Schaefer); his mother Nina P. Haag (Elmo) of Womelsdorf, PA; and his siblings, Debra (Len Dombroski) of Blythewood, SC and Jeffrey D. Haag (Lori Haag) of Bernville, PA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
