He is survived by: his sons, James, Dennis and Jeremy Kelly of Hartford, Connecticut; his siblings, Robert Lee Kelly Jr. (Debi) of Oklahoma City, OK, David Kelly of Reading, PA., Barry Kelly of Reading, PA., Garry Kelly of Reading, PA. and Sheila Denise Wagino of Dallas, TX.; his sister-in-law Jeanette Kelly of Reading, PA; his aunt Dr. Marie DeBooth Simmons (Lois Riley) of Reading, PA; and his stepsons, Glander and William Price of Reading, PA.. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
